Terms of Use

These terms cover the pre-launch website at joincasematch.com and its waitlist form. Casematch itself has not opened yet. When it does, the platform will have its own Terms of Service, which you'll accept when you create an account. These terms only cover this site, as it exists today. The site is currently operated by Edward Quigley, based in New Hampshire, United States. When Casematch becomes a company, these terms will be updated to name it.

Scope

By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. They apply only to the pre-launch website and the waitlist form, not to the Casematch platform, which will have its own terms once it opens.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn't create an account and doesn't obligate you to anything. It's also not a guarantee of early access, a specific price, a launch date, or any particular feature. We may change or cancel our launch plans, and the information on this site describes what we're building as of today, which may change before it ships.

Acceptable use

Don't submit an email address that isn't yours. Don't automate or bulk-submit the waitlist form. Don't probe, scrape, or otherwise try to interfere with this site or the API behind it.

Our content

The text, design, logos, and the Casematch name on this site are ours. You're welcome to link to this site or share it. You may not copy it or present it as your own.

Third-party services

This site relies on the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for their sites or how they operate.

No warranties

This site is provided as is. We're building toward a launch and describing our plans in good faith, but nothing here is a promise about what the finished product will look like or when it will arrive. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using this site or relying on information about a product that hasn't launched yet.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site or our plans change. The effective date above shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about this site or the waitlist, are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
